As President, Millija acts as the figurehead and leader of the club. She stays in close contact with Warwick University SU, Warwick Sport, and the England Handball Association.
She is an extremely committed member both as a part of the exec team and while playing on the court.

"Hi! I'm Léa a PPE 3rd year student. I am also Warwick handball Vice-president and postgrad officer. Can't wait to meet you all!!
Léa's role mostly consists of making sure everything in the club is running smoothly and that members are having a great time. She is also in charge of ensuring the inclusion of postgrad students in the club.

Alex's immense commitment to handball throughout his university career, and experience as co-president last year, makes him the most senior and knowledgeable member of the team.

Artur acts as the link between the exec team and club members. As secretary, he enables a constant communication within the club, and collaborates strongly with his team. Artur has exemplary organisation and communication skills, and his performance on the court is phenomenal.

"For me, handball's just a really nice community that balances social and competitive aspects of sport perfectly! Everyone is incredibly nice and welcoming, while also striving to improve and develop as players!."

Karnan handles the club's finances. From travel expenses to kit orders, and everything between, he is responsible for the club's budget and is a point of contact to the SU's centralised kit supplier.
Karnan is a reliable and responsible member of the team, with whom members have faith and trust in making financial decisions for the best of the club.

Social Media and Welfare Officer
"Warwick Handball Club has been part of my university experience since I started uni. I really cherish all the great memories I’ve made with the club so far and its important for me to give back through my exec role. Being this year’s Social Media & Welfare Officer allows me to show the world online how great our club is, while also being the key point of contact for anyone within the club that is facing welfare issues."

Equality and happiness are essential within Warwick Handball Club, and Michelle's approachable nature makes her ideal as somebody for club members to go to if they have an issue within the club, or at uni in general. She combines this great work with organising the club's online presence, to make sure we all stay connected.

Callum is responsible for the creation and distribution of the club sponsorship pack and is the point of contact for current and potential sponsors. He also organises and runs our charity events, to help us give back, both locally, and nationally.

"I have been playing handball for years and I will continue playing for many years coming as it's a great team sport! It keeps me sweaty and active, but most importantly I love the social aspect of it!"

Sobia plans and organises all the trainings and matches for the women's team. She helps all the players perform to their best, and motivates us all to improve and progress.

"I decided to join handball because they made me feel completely accepted right away. Socials played a big part in that, and I want to do the same for the newbies! It has been such a big part of my university experience, both socials and the sport, that joining this club was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!"

She organises social events which cater to all interests and makes sure that all club members feel welcome at these events. Her approachable demeanour helps club members feel motivated to join in with activities, allowing everybody to enjoy themselves in their free time away from studies and off the court.
